Forged in the Frozen Throne:

Every sculpted component is crafted from zinc-aluminum alloy, with over 40 individual parts assembled into a single legendary blade. The main blade is forged from 440 stainless steel.

Scale & Weight:

• Total Length: Approximately 48 inches (122CM)

• Width: Approximately 12.2 inches (31CM)

• Blade Length: Approximately 35.4 inches (90CM) – unsharpened

• Net Weight: Approximately 13.2 lbs (6KG)

• Sword + Wall Mount Plate: Approximately 19.8 lbs (9KG) – includes expansion anchors for wall mounting

• Installation: Requires 8MM drill bit for wall mounting (not included). Wall mount backplate optional.

2.0 Upgrades – The Reforging:

• Enhanced Detail & Precision: More parts, finer breakdown, richer texture.

• Laser-Welded Horns: The signature wraparound ram horns are now joined using precision laser welding – preserving the perfect arc while minimizing seam visibility, improving upon both the glued official version and the one-piece cast of the 1.0.

• Battle-Damage Effects: Exclusive to the 2.0 version – fully recreated from the in-game model.

• Individual Skull Details: The small skull ornaments are now separately crafted and installed – because if you're going to do it right, you don't cut corners on manpower.

• Runic Engraving: Acid-etched recessed runes for crisp, accurate detailing.

• Blade Finish: Premium polished surface with balanced luster and sheen.

Material & Thickness Upgrades:

• Blade steel plate thickness increased by 1MM.

• All sculpted parts scaled up by 20% to achieve true 1:1 movie/game proportions – total length increased by approximately 1.2 inches (3CM).

• The sculpted sections now use aluminum alloy – harder and lighter than the previous zinc alloy. However, because the sword is larger overall, the total weight is still about 3.3 lbs (1.5KG) heavier than the 1.0 version.

Balance & Handling:

Despite being heavier, the 2.0 actually feels lighter in hand. Why? We upgraded the handle core to a steel tube nearly 1CM thick – not for weight, but to control the center of gravity. The result is a more balanced, maneuverable weapon that handles better than its predecessor.

Precision Engineering:

All mounting points are cut and milled using CNC machining for exact fit and alignment. The blade is now suspended from the core using a floating steel plate design – no more welded rebar. This new construction is three to four times stronger than the old welded rod method.

Quality-of-Life Improvements:

• The three ring structures on the handle now feature locking clips to maintain consistent alignment.

• The pommel uses a dual-secure closure system – no more twisting or loosening during display or handling.
