Iron Man Mark I Helmet – 1:1 Full Metal – Vintage Steampunk Collectible

"Tony Stark built this in a cave. With a box of scraps."

HCMY 1:1 Full Metal Mark I Helmet

The Mark I stands alone – unlike any other Iron Man armor that came after it. It's where it all began. Even now, rewatching the first film, the raw presence of this suit rivals any later version. It's the only armor Tony ever built entirely by hand – crude, brutal, and unmistakably punk.

Dimensions & Weight:

Helmet Size: 10.2 x 7.9 x 10.6 inches (26 x 20 x 27CM)
Stand Height: 15.7 inches (40CM)
Net Weight: 7.7 lbs (3.5KG)
Package Dimensions: 16.5 x 14.6 x 11.8 inches (42 x 37 x 30CM)

Materials & Construction:

Aluminum alloy castings, leather interior lining, polystone display base. The helmet opens and closes via front-to-back hinges, secured with magnetic clasps at the front.

Authentic Battle-Worn Finish:

The edges are darkened and weathered. Weld scars and hammered dents have been carefully recreated – every imperfection tells the story of a desperate genius forging his way out of captivity.

A Note on the Hinge:

We explored multiple mechanical hinge designs to hold the helmet open, but all failed – the weight of the metal is simply too much. The helmet is designed to be displayed closed, preserving its full silhouette.

Display Base:

The base is sculpted after the Mark I arc reactor core. The helmet sits atop it with a crystal accent, completing the display piece.

Interior:

Genuine leather stitched lining. Front magnetic closure for a secure fit.

A Collector's Piece for the True Believer:

This 1:1 metal helmet comes at a significant cost to produce. We know not everyone will share our passion for this particular suit – many newer fans may not even recognize it as Iron Man at all, with the iconic red-and-gold so deeply embedded in pop culture. But for those who remember where it all started – this is the one.
