Development Update:

Joint mechanism testing successful – moving into the costly mold-making phase now.

The final product will be made of aluminum alloy with paint application matching the film's screen-accurate finish.

We've completed a full back cover panel with leather padding and grip handles – structural integrity tested and confirmed solid. Now moving into refinement details.

Metal accessory parts – trial molding completed with perfect fit.

Handle leather strap assembly – tested and complete.

The shield's opening/closing mechanism final design is confirmed:

• Grip control for spring-loaded deployment – squeeze to expand.

• Press to retract and lock – push back to close and secure.

We think the back design won't disappoint. The handle is detachable. Additional steel plate reinforcement has been added at the shield tip impact area. The spring-loaded ejection force is quite strong.
