However, during actual development, we found that metal forming precision was not satisfactory. The main issue is weight – it's prone to bumping and knocking, either damaging surrounding objects or the staff itself, making it less playable. So we returned to our original design approach, upgrading the molding process and refining details.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"\"\u003eThe staff is now made using TPR injection molding with direct in-mold coloring. The number of molds has doubled, resulting in a significant improvement in detail precision. The internal core has been upgraded to steel machined components for added strength.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"\"\u003eThe retracted length is 115CM, and fully extended length is approximately 195CM. Weight is around 2.8KG, a noticeable increase from the previous 1.7KG version.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"\"\u003eThe center grip section diameter has been increased from 2.5CM to 3CM. One-handed staff spinning is now quite difficult to achieve, but striking actions and combat moves are still doable. For example, resin casting can better reproduce fine details – but the drawback is that it has no real structural strength. High-precision 3D printing can also achieve it, but it's for display only, not for handling.
